The Mill Prize, named after noted litigator Melvin M. Bailey, is given to an attorney “who has made a significant contribution to the practice of trial law in America.” The Melvin M. Bailey Association is an international group of attorneys dedicated to preserving and enhancing Bailey’s legal legacy. Marion is a past president of the Melvin M. Bailey Society.
Marion is widely recognized as one of the most prominent and widely respected Personal injury attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It has won numerous multi-million dollar settlements and judgments for injured clients across the United States, including one of the largest truck accident settlements in Pennsylvania. She is triple board certified by the National Trial Defense Board in Civil Trials Law, Civil Practice Defense, and Truck Accident Law. She is the second woman in Pennsylvania to receive board certification as a civil trial attorney.
She has been on America’s Best Lawyers list since 2013 and was named the 2023 “Lawyer of the Year” for medical malpractice in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
